Miguel Pereira Lopes is the President of the Centre for Public Management and Public Administration (CAPP) at the University of Lisbon, Portugal. He is an Associate Professor with Habilitation at the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lisbon where he coordinates the HRM Academic Department. He holds a PhD in Applied Psychology and a Post-doc in Economics from the New University of Lisbon. In the past, Miguel has served as the Portuguese National Representative at EURAM – European Academy of Management. His work has been published in journals such as Journal of Management, Organization, Journal of Leadership Studies, Organizational Dynamics, Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, Journal of Career Development; Journal of Positive Psychology, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Journal of Management History, Social Indicators Research, Journal of Socio-Economics, Management and Organization History, Management Research, or Public Management Review.
